The Shields Brace will control the patella during
athletic competition. It successfully controls malalignments of glide,
medial/lateral tilt, and anterior/posterior tilt. Dynamic patella
stabilization is provided through entire range of motion. The buttress
features a Spectron non-slip surface maintaining its positioning with
the patella. Medial and lateral spiral stays limit bunching, while
allowing full range of motion. Independent calf and thigh strap
application is ideal for most leg contours.
